Customer Satisfaction and Returns

Following policy is applicable only If the product is eligible for returns (Check Item description for return eligibility):

If purchaser is not satisfied with the stated quality of purchased medical equipment pursuant to customer’s acceptance of delivery, Company will, at customer’s option, replace the said equipment with another of the same make and model, or issue a credit towards the customer’s account of an amount equal to the returned equipment purchase price, provided equipment is returned unused and with the same original containers and packing materials within Five (5) business days of the date and time first attempted delivery for local customers, and within Ten (10) business days of the date and time first attempted delivery for international customers. Should customer decline the replacement option within the stated time limitation, Company will provide a store credit of the equal amount, provided that the customer sends the product back to us in original unused condition.Should Company fail to provide the said replacement or store credit within two weeks from customer’s notification, Company will refund the customer full credit of an amount equal to the original purchase price. Item(s) must be physically at Company facility to qualify for one-to-one replacement.Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Company for all returns. Non-authorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Customer has to bear the return shipping costs in case of a return.

Please note that in case a buyer asks for a refund via original payment method then we will deduct 2.5% of the order value as payment gateway fee (in case buyer made payment via a credit/debit card or netbanking). If buyer paid using Direct bank transfer i.e. via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS then no such deduction will be made and full refund will be provided.  

Order Cancellation

Buyer may cancel the order anytime till the order is not shipped or within 48 hrs of placing an order, whichever is earlier. For orders which are already shipped, above mentioned returns policy will only be applicable.

Following Refund scenarios are available to customer post cancellation.

Wallet Refund : Full Refund will be provided in Surgimedex wallet which is linked to each user account. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases at surgimedex.in.

Non Wallet Refund(Refund via original payment method) : Buyer at his/her own will may ask for refund through the original payment method used.
